Returns & Refunds

Every print is made to order once you place it. If you are ordering from the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at ilona.mangold.art@gmail.com with your order number within the 14-day window. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and because each print is made to order, please pack returned items with the same care as they arrived.

To start a return, contact us at ilona.mangold.art@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, along with photos of the issue, so that we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior arrangement, or items showing damage from customer handling, improper hanging, or exposure to moisture/direct sunlight after delivery, cannot be accepted for return.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) back, or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
